In my second year as a full time real estate sales associate, I am finding that my previous career as a CFO has provided me with great experience. The CFO's primary responsibility is to ensure that the company is generating value for the stakeholders. Value is not merely a financial consideration. It is imperative to listen to your clients and hear what is valuable to them. Sometimes it is access to freeways due to a lot of travel. Sometimes it is a more secluded place, away from the congestion of city life. Keying on those differences helps me find the right home for a buyer, or the right way to market your home if you are a seller.
